Our sweet daughter was born in Madison, Wisconsin on August 24, 1973 to Marilyn (Domack) Tormey and Perry Tormey at Madison General Hospital. She was given up for adoption in the hospital and adopted by new parents whose names may be Jean and Richard. It’s our understanding that there was only one birth that day but not sure.
