My father (his name is Frank) had a son from an earlier relationship. His son’s name was Shane. My dad gave up his rights to Shane for reasons I am unaware of. Shane’s mom’s name was Debbie Zepnick. She possibly attended West high school in Green Bay Wisconsin. Shane would have been born in about 1972. My sister Robin was 2 at the time he was born and remembers him visiting until he was about 5.
