My birth name:: Mary Jane Longmire born on 9-19-1961 In Prairie Du Chein - Crawford County, Wi. at Memorial Hospital. I believe that the Dr. that delivered me was Dr. Michael S.Garrity M.D. I was put up for adoption by my birth mother Lorraine Longmire which lived in Shoulders Grove ,WI. at that time. The Adoption agency was Catholic Charities. My birth father may have also lived there or around that area . I was told he is a musician . I have been searching for him since I was 18. I still have had no luck - no answers. That empty spot in my heart badly needs to be filled. Please help me find my birth father.
