I was born at 12:23am on January 27‚ 1961 at the Salvation Army Booth Memorial Hospital in Wauwatosa‚ Wisconsin. I was delivered by Doctor Bunke under the name of Todd William and spent 7 days there before being "handed" over to one Helen Rockwood of Children’s Service Society 610 North Jackson Street‚ Milwaukee‚ Wisconsin on February 3rd‚ 1961. The only things I know of my birth mother are that she was a nonsmoker‚ was of the Baptist faith and spent 36 days there as well. My adoptive father (John Warren Blakey‚ also of Wauwatosa) told me that I was born to a very young couple and their main concern was that I was adopted into a loving‚ financially secure home. I am also curious if I have any siblings.
