birth family of female born in 1954 (3/31/1954 is dob on certificate) possibly born in WAUWATOSA and was adopted by a couple who lived in FOND DU LAC but moved to NEENAH within a couple years of adoption. i believe she was 7 weeks old when she was adopted, but i’m not sure. she was tall (over 6ft) skinny, olive complexion, dark wavy hair, blue eyes that kinda changed colors the name on her birth certificate is ELIZABETH LATTON MARIE MABIE we have no idea what the "LATTON" stands for and the adopted parents never explained. mabie was her adopted parents last name
