hi i gave my son up i work through a agency call pro care in cape town He was born in mowbray maternity hospital the year 2002 he was born the 08 november 2002. Im not sure if it was a semi closed open adoption. I did receive pictures and letter twice for over the years and receive pictures about a year ago. I did request by the agency if i can meet him but no answer up until now. Please assist me
