We know he has a sister and that she was born 18 months after 05/12/1970. His Family name was Scott and they were from Rockingham. He was adopted to Alan and Brenda Hough. He was named Brendon Scott at Birth. We got non-Identifying information that he had a sister that was born 18 months later and was adopted out as well.
