I’m looking for my adopted older brother born somewhere between 1964 and 1967. I have been told it was in the Yorkshire area. I don’t know the name he was given or if his birth parents were even on the certificate. I do know that he would be a 4th or half Indian. If anyone has any idea... please contact me.
