Looking for information on birth father of my deceased mother. Adoptee: Donna Faye Kosinski (adopted name) DOB: 07/04/1945 Charleston‚ Kanawha‚ West Virginia Adopted Parents: Gladys Irene Frame Kosinski and Joseph Vincent Kosinski. Birth mother via DNA: Dessie May Berry From DNA‚ her birth father is either George or Wilbur Laws‚ also from Charleston. Since they are brothers‚ I won’t know which one is correct until one of their children‚ grandchildren‚ etc does DNA test. My mother passed in 2017. Her adoption was closed. Her new birth certificate has her as Donna Faye Kosinski.
