I was born on 4/6/69 at 3:15 am at Ohio Valley General Hospital in Wheeling, W. VA. My birth mother is Caucasian and my birth father is Black. I have been told they both attended Marshall University. I am searching for my birth mother and birth father. The one request my birth mother had was for me to be named Stephanie which my adoptive parents did name me. I was not adopted until I was almost two years old, living in multiple foster homes until I was adopted.
