I was born August 1961 in Wichita Kansas. My birth name is Ronald Dale Parrett or Parett, can’t remember last name spelling. I was adopted in Lincoln County, West Virginia. I have a West Virginia birth certificate as adopted name Charles Wiley. Adopted mother is Eunice O. Wiley adopted father is Charles Edward and/or Edward Charles Wiley. We lived in Barboursville, West Virginia. I saw a letter concerning the adoption before my mother passed that i had several Brother and a couple of Sisters. My aunt at one time said a brother was looking for me but told him that she didn’t know where I was. I am looking for my family. I understand things happen for a reason and have no regrets about anything. I have two daughters and a son. I live in Painesville, Ohio.
