I am the daughter of my mother who i know was forced to give up a child. She had since passed away in 2008. I am trying to find my sibling. I am not sure of the gender‚ her sister only told me she had a baby and it was given up. Pieces put together my mother went to Wheeling WV "to school" is what we were always told. Looking back now‚ that was a school for unwell mothers. This had to be when it happened. I am so curious about the sibling I have out there. I would love to meet my extended family. Please help me.
