Helping Look for my grandmothers birth family. She was born October 7th‚ 1945. She went to foster care where she went by Barbara may have been her name at birth. She was born in Ohio county West Virginia‚ born at Ohio valley medical. The Birth Mother was 24 was one of four children birth maternal grandfather had a truck hauling company. Birth father was married to another woman at the time he was a truck driver that hauled slate he had 5 or 6 children at time of birth. First set of foster parents may have gave her the name Barbara or was given the name at birth. She stayed with them until 7-?-1946 then was placed with my Adoptive parents the adoption was finalized 7-9-1947. Her legal name was changed to Jacqueline Marie Sevy. The Doctor who performed my grandmother’s delivery was Burke Megahn.
