I’m looking for my nieces and nephew who were adopted out of the WV Foster Care system in the early 2000s. Their names are Stephanie Marie Vargo, Angel Renee Vargo, and Stephen Edward Vargo III, but my understanding is all of their names were changed. They have an older sister that was not adopted with them. Her name was Ayla Vivian Sales. Her name was also changed, and we have reconnected with her. To my knowledge, they younger three were adopted together. All three were born in Huntington, WV. Stevie will be 18 in 2019, Angel will be 20, and Stephanie will be 22. I am their paternal aunt and would really love to reconnect with them
