I am looking for a baby girl. Who was born at Fairmont general hospital on 07-25-1990 (or 1989). I was forced to give her up for adoption by my parents. I just wanted to make sure that she is ok and doing well‚ and would like to give her medical history that could be pertinent. I believe the adoption was done through Fairmont General Hospital but I am not sure as my mother set everything up and would not allow me to know.
