My dad was adopted when he was younger and passed away 15 years ago. My brother and I are trying to find records to help us figure out history of our family and possibly some health history. My dad was born John Wayne Marcum Jr and was adopted between 1972-1974 and his name was changed to John Wayne Lee. Cecil and Icie Lee adopted him. This is what we’ve always been told but are unsure due to not having any records.
