I am looking for my brother that was taken by the state of West Virginia from my biological father and girlfriend at the time. My birth father went by Shawn Lee Castle or Shawn Lee McIntyre. I do not know the birth mothers name. Most records like this are closed and the only other information I have is the name he was given supposedly which was Harley David Castle. I was told that my grandmother’s best friend adopted him after the state took him and I’m not sure of her friends name but believe her last name at the time was Snodgrass. My grandmother’s name is Rhoda "Raynette" McClanahan and passed in 1999 so I am unable to get information from her.
