I am looking for any of my birth family. I was adopted as an infant from St. Joseph’s hospital in Parkersburg, WV. My birthdate is 27 Feb 1973. My adopted parents were Pat and Paul Sandy. I have been led to believe that possibly my birth mother died during childbirth so if anyone knows who my birth family might be, please help me.
