I am trying to locate the two sons of my aunt that were placed up for adoption when they were young boys. The adoption would have happened around Raleigh County West Virginia. Their names were (not sure if they were changed) Lewis Edward Vance Jr. and Joseph Vance. The parents were Linda Dalton Vance and Lewis Edward Vance Sr. There is a chance they were adopted by family members on the Vance side but we aren’t entirely sure.
