My name is Meagen. I was left in a drawer and was somehow turned over to Margaret Scott who lived on Avery Street in Parkersburg WV. I was later adopted and moved to Wheeling WV I believe at the age of 5 or so by people with the last name of Jordan. I was shown a newspaper clipping where my birth parents did not show up to court for abuse and neglect. My father’s last name was Harris and mother was something like Laveda Jones. I do not know any of my blood relatives and feel I have been lost all my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
