My Mother was Elaine Marcia Busby‚ aged 17 and from Great Barr‚ Birmingham. My father was Gregory Alan Reeves‚ aged 18 and from West Bromwich. I was born 9th February 1966 and lived in a mother and baby home in Shrewsbury for 12 days before being fostered. I've never really wanted or desired to find my birth parents but the media coverage this year has made me realise how cruelly treated the young parents were by society. I think some of my lack of desire to find my birth parents was self preservation‚ if I don't know the truth‚ it can't hurt me. I now realise how selfish that attitude was and would like to try and let them know i'm alive‚ I'm married‚ I've had a happy life but they would complete my picture.
