Hi‚ I’m looking for birth mother or father of my Dad. He was born in Birmingham 1st May 1961‚ his adoptive parents knew they were going to get him and were informed when his mother had gone in to labour‚ we’ve asked them for details and they aren’t happy for this information to be shared. ( which I understand) Iv added a picture of my Dad in 1982 and a recent one‚ incase anyone can help thank you!
