My uncles son was born 1963 birmingham england he got taken off him from social services as he was 15 i think 1966 the childs name was Martin Edward Williams my uncles name is edward Lynch his partner at the time which is childs mother is janet williams . My uncle has passed away and us as a family wish to find Martin .. the family was told he got adopted on a farm in Wales how much of this is true I dont know ,Martin would be around the age of 45 now.
