My father was taken off his birth parents and adopted at 18 months of age. I have found who his biological mother was through his pre adoptive birth certificate and confirmed this via DNA on myheritage. But we have yet to figure out who his father was (he is not listed on his original birth certificate). He was born in Greymouth but adopted by the Ryan’s and grew up not too far away in Cameron’s on the West Coast.
