I am unsure of the actual month and day of birth, although it was most likely in Kent, WA in 1966. Edna Heber was advised to give up her son as she already had a son that was "special needs". Randy Heber is not "special needs" but was subjected to some psychological abuse as a toddler that may have given an indication that he had Autistic traits. Although Edna died in 2017, Randy is living in Auburn, WA and would like to pursue finding his half-brother.
