I was born in Redding California and named Ryan West but somehow ended up being adopted in Tacoma, Washington. My biological father, Edward West went to prison and I was sent to foster care. I do not know how or why I was in Washington but that is where I was adopted. I was approximately 4 or 5 years old. I have no idea what happened to my biological mother.
