I am looking for my two children Charles Edward Shaffer 7/15/92& Kendra Leigh Shaffer. They were both born and adopted out of Washington State. Charles was 5 & Kendra was 4 at the time they were put in a foster home. Two years later they were adopted by they same family. Please me and their Father would like a chance to see them as soon as they are of age to do so. We do not want to hurt them or their parents in any way.
