I am looking for my half brother, Jefferey Allen Mann. He was adopted on March 25, 1977 from Spokane Wa. He was born to my mother Marlene Mann. She gave birth to him at Deaconess Hospital. My mother used Lutheran Family and Child Service to find an adoptive family for Jeff. I have letters and pictures, I have a birth certificate and small information about the adoptive family. Like they lived on the Washington coast (Seattle area) they also had a daughter at the time. I am not sure if the adoptive family changed his name. He is ten years older than I am and probably has no idea I exist.
