I was borne on June 4, 1967 in Seattle WA. I was borne at Northwest Hospital to a woman named Karen Elaine West. She was 23 when I was borne. I was delivered by Dr. Snow. I was told Karen was originally from Oregon but moved to Seattle to have me. The adoption was handled by the Doctor , Dr. Snow and two Attorneys. One of the Attorneys names is Dick Krutch. The address used by my birth mother was 12014 32nd Avenue N. E. Seattle, WA. I was adopted by a Lawyer and Teacher. I would like to know a little about my heritage and medical background. I do not want to cause any pain or problems for anyone related to me and only want to know where I came from.
