I am trying to locate a blood relative of my friend Tony Brown. Tony always wanted to meet his biological family. Unfortunately fate had different plans for Tony. Tony list his life in December of 1887. The police department did not do their job when it came to investigating his case. That same police depyhas since destroyed all the evidence that they collected . I don’t understand why - as the MOD was classified as UNDETERMINED. This young man deserved better. He deserved to have somebody stand up and fight for him when his adoptive fsmily‚ his estranged wife‚ and the PD did not. My last ditch effort is trying to find his biological family who might be able to help. Thank you and God bless!
