WA, Olympia. and Signed By Michael Buckley M.D. dated 5/9/1942 Seattle, WA Her Name Was Mary Kay. She was in the Catholic Orphanage in Seattle, WA until she was 2 years old. She was adopted by Alexander and LudaVica Belisle and lived in Vancouver, WA. My mother died in 2007. She was the best mom. I have 6 siblings. We would like to know what our heritage is, What her parents names were, Where we come from.
