Happened in phoenix arizona my sons first name was Jacob the family lived in Rhode Island I had a letter last when he was approximately 3 or 4 he liked green beans and vegetables I had an attorney through phoenix but forgot their name possibly kelly or something I couldn’t remember I believe he was born at John c Lincoln hospital in North phoenix he was adopted in his first week of life by Pam and someone else I think I couldn’t remember their names either sadly and I never knew their last names or addresses was supposed to contact then through the attorneys only and I moved back to Washington state in 2009 to be near family I now have 5 other kids 4 sons and a daughter I hope he knows he was always loved and I wanted him to know how special and beautiful he was and I hope he is living his happiest life we will always want to see him or meet him if he is ever willing or curious
