Back in late 1939 to 1941 my great gram made my gram give her 18 no old child up. The only info I have is second hand but it’s all I’ve got. I believe babies name was Dorothy Anne her birth mother was Virginia Adair Bates and birth father Albert Condon but that’s a guess based on dates of letters I found. My mother has always been curious and interested in finding her sibling. So this is her daughter trying to help. I believe birth place was brush prairie Washington again unsure grandma also had a Portland Oregon address in that time frame. If anyone matches this or has any info to help this child has 7 siblings she has never met. Thank you.
