My sister-in-law Ena Clarene Lowry gave birth to a baby boy on either May 24 or May 26th, 1968 in Yakima, WA. The adoption was private and was arranged by the doctor who delivered the baby. Delivery took place not in a hospital but in his office. This is what I remember being told, anyway. Apparently the baby was handed over to the adoptive parents minutes after birth. Ena passed away in 1990. Her children would very much like to find this half-brother.
