I’m trying to find my daughter who was adopted from Washington state. I was in prison at the time and was told I was not an option for her to be returned because of my past history and her father who is severely disabled was coherced into signing over his rights. At the time we had no family willing to help us and she was adopted out please help me find her she has brothers and sisters that want to find her and I’ve looked for her for years myself. She is a bi racial female‚ mixed african american and causation‚ Black and white. I have photos of her around the time she was placed at Dept of children and family services but because her birth took place at home with a mid wife it has only made my search more difficult.
