My birth certificate has no indication that I was adopted. E Gerald Layton was family physician that facilitated adoption. Robert F Polley M.D. might also have something to do with my adoption. Both had offices in the Seattle Medical and Dental Building in Seattle #840. Both are deceased and Maynard Hospital is no longer in existance.
