I’m looking for birth parents of a woman born 8/12/1967 and adopted to the Cox family that lived in Kettle Falls WA after bouncing around foster homes as an infant. Birth mother may have been a younger adult or teen, no info on dad. I’m only looking for ethnicity and medical related info to help family understand heritage, anything else is a bonus. Hazel eyes, Caucasian-appearing but unsure, darker brown hair, possible hereditary breast/adrenal cancer in family, but not sure.
