My Name is Janet Howard. I was adopted March 16th of 1963 to Gloria and William Howard from Tacoma, Washington. I know that my birth mothers’ last name was Clark at the time of my birth and she was from Yakima, Washington. I had two sisters and one brother who were older then me and my birth was too much for my mom to raise a 4th child, so she gave me up for adoption. I do know she gave birth to me in Seattle, Washington at St. Francis Cabrini Hospital. Both of my adoptive parents have now passed away. This is the first time I have ever attempted to search for my birth family.
