He’s giving name at birth was Kevin, but Adopted parents changed his name to William James. He was born 4/8/1956 in Walla Walla Washington at the children’s hospital, that no longer exist. All that his adopted parents wete told, that one of his parents was Hispanic and and the other one was Caucasian. They also said that both of them were heavy! That’s all that they know! Please help me find his birth parents! My kids want Know where part of them came from!
