Born in Anacortes WA or Whidbey island WA On or around September 13 1991 1992 1993 Was transferred to children’s hospital in Seattle WA. Mother: Lexie Juanita Brokenshire Mother’s DOB 1/7/1967 in VA. Possible father: Glenn Taken by CPS from hospital from what I was told. He was adopted by military family in Oak Harbor WA. Possibly in 1992. The adopted family got orders shortly after the adoption and moved. We have no other information.
