I am looking for my half-sister. She was born March 8th, 1977 in Tacoma Washington. Her mother ( Julie Freeman) was just 17 when when she gave birth and loved her precious baby girl with her whole heart. . She named you Leilani. But this was at a time when the world being cruel in so many ways was not very excepting of a white woman (our Momma) and a black man (your Dad) having a child together. With nearly no support from family and being so young our Momma did the hardest things she’s ever done in her life, she gave you up for adoption. Our Momma has never stopped loving you, missing you, or looking for you. Due to Washington being a closed adoption state her search only ever goes so far. I’m truly believing that God is going to open doors and the impossible will become possible! I hope and pray that you find us durning this crazy journey we call life! Although I have never met you, I have loved you from the moment I knew about you!
