My family is searching for April Dawn (Tanner/Dunton) who was adopted around 1996. We believe Connie Weber adopted her‚ possibly in Vancouver‚ WA. She was around 4 years of age and had undiagnosed diabetes. She was taken by the state in a Portland hospital and given up for adoption. Her family would really like to connect with her. We have had such a rough time not knowing what happened to her and how she is. She would be 31 now.
