My grandson has a brother his mother put up for adoption and we are told limited things about him and he wants to find and meet his brother. We were told he lived in Tennessee at one time and had his name changed to Tyler Mahaffie. He was born to lacy rene fowler in either forks wa or Port Angeles wa and that’s about all we were told.. Tyler has at least 2 brothers with same mother.. my grandson Conner was raised by me and we don’t have much information to begin the search. Conner would really like to meet and know his brothers. The 3rd boy born to lacy rene fowler is Joseph and he was adopted out to Bobbie fowler lacys sister. If anyone knows how to find ant information we would be so greatful
