Hello - I am Dayna and I am trying to find out more information about my family. My maternal grandmother was adopted and we know very little about her life. We are trying to find out more information because we (her family) would like to know more about our heritage. The names that are related to this search are: Lois (My grandmother), Edwin B. Driskell (adopted father), Caroline Driskell (adopted mother). We have been told in the past the biological family has the last name Kroger, or Kruger, with the name Mary being named as a possible first name for her biological mother. I believe the adoption was arranged in WI, but the actual birth and adoption happened in Tacoma, WA. I have attempted to look up un-wed mother homes in the area during 1920, but have not been successful.
