Upon obtaining my “original” birth certificate I noticed a couple discrepancies..my adopted parents had been told my birth mother was 19 years old.. certificate indicated 17 years old.. biggest difference, original certificate listed a different hospital & doctor than certificate issued to my adoptive parents.. My main purpose is to locate my birth mother, find out information about my birth father and get any medical background..I have health problems that would be nice to know if they’re more coming or if I can help someone else in the family tree...
