My cousins and I are looking for their sister/my cousin, who was taken from the family at the hospital at the age of 4 due to a huge misunderstanding at the hospital over an illness. Social services wrongfully took her from her birth mother, brother and grandmother sighting neglect when that was not the case. We have been looking for her and trying to find her for years. Her birth name is April Dawn Tanner. We believe she was adopted in Washington state but was in a hospital in Portland, OR when taken from her mother. She would be 27 today. I have pictures of her from when she was 4 years old. We would love to find her and reconnect.
