Birth place is Tacoma WA at St. Jose or Tacoma General hospital on October 29th 2000. Nikko was 2 years old when CPS took him away from my sister who is deceased as of March 2021 due to cancer. Nikki’s dad is Ronald Chandler who is deceased as of this year‚ 2024 due to drug overdose. Nikko was probably given a different name and birthday which should be illegal. Because of these two reasons‚ I haven’t been able to find him. Also CPS files are sealed. PLEASE help us find this child. He would be 24 years old now. Probably in a different state also. I don’t know how we will ever connect due to CPS being so corrupt in this case. Please help find my nephew‚ he is love and will never be forgotten. There is so much to talk to him about.. thank you
