I’m looking for my twin sisters daughter who was born Mar 13 1990 at Mason general hospital in Shelton, WA. It was a somewhat open adoption. She was told she could request pictures anytime. Which she did at 3 years old . Again at 12 she really had to argue to get. She received a letter stating they had told the daughter and if she was interested at 18 they would set up a meeting. That’s the last she has heard. She reaches out to lawyer with no avail. I know my sister has never felt complete without her. But my mom was a widow raising two teen girls and we barely had food on the table. My sister knew it was the only chance for a wonderful life for her baby as day to day was a struggle for us. I would love to bring them together. Please help me
