All I know about him is that his name is Joel‚ he was born June 28 1992 and was born in Spokane Washington‚ my mom met his adopted parents in airway heights‚ Washington and he was adopted by people (most likely) named Stephanie and Dale. He should have an older adopted brother named jake. He could also be living in Oregon but I’m not sure if he still is
