I was born to Jeanette Faye Landert who was 17 years old at the time and a high school student at Lake Stevens High School in Snohomish County, WA. It appears she passed away in 2004. I am male, caucasian. I was 10 lbs. 3 ounces at birth. The doctor who signed my birth certificate appears to be Boyd C. Quint. I was taken home from the hospital with my adoptive parents. I am now searching for information on my birth father and any living family members. I am looking for health history information.
